Shipping:
Items are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days unless notified otherwise. USPS/UPS will be used for domestic orders. FedEx/UPS will be used for international orders.
DISCLAIMER: International orders may be subject to duties and fees that the customer must tend to. Shoprokuz is not liable for any of these extra charges that may be levied upon you.
If there are any issues with shipment, notify us. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Order cancellations/modifications:
Orders may be cancelled or modified by contacting as soon as possible directly on Instagram @shoprokuz. However, once the item has been processed and given a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
All sales are final:
No returns and no refunds once order is shipped out.

The majority of the clothing and accessories are pre-owned. All items are photographed and detailed to disclose any noticed discrepancies. Please expect minor signs of wear consistent with the item’s age and condition. Measurements are also provided as accurately as possible. Review all product details carefully before completing your purchase to avoid any issues with the fit and quality of the item(s).
