This beautiful metallic silver one button smoking blazer jacket with a full silk lining features one chest pocket, two front pockets, five button sleeve, and one inside pocket. In great condition, no real flaws. Pockets are even still shut. Everything as pictured. Made in Italy. Tagged a size EU 40.
